Return & Refund
PLEASE NOTE:
There can be possible delays during high volume sale periods. Our team are working hard to process your return as soon as possible and appreciate your patience.
It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a refund for all our 30/50ml bottles if:
- The item is faulty,
- You are not satisfied with the sample (2ml vial)
Just keep in mind, in order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the below requirements:
- The item is unopened and in original condition with all the packaging still attached,
- The item has not been used and the seal/sticker of the packaging is still attached and hasn’t been opened or removed.
- The item is returned to us within 7 days from received date.
PLEASE NOTE:10ml bottles/2ml vials and discovery boxes purchased are not eligible for a return or refund, to receive a full refund on all full-size bottles 30/50ml, all returns must come back including the two complimentary sample vials.
AFTERPAY RETURNS
If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay, the process is the same. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments."
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer.
- We do not offer refunds if the box seal is broken and the purchased big bottle size has been used.
- Should our return policy not have been honoured, the item will be sent back with charges payable by the customer.
- Final Sale products cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
- All items purchased throughout Black Friday and Cyber Monday are NOT eligible for returns.
REFUNDS
We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition. However in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided:
- You notify us same day as delivery date providing a description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email to returns@byvottari.com
- Your claim of the faults have been reviewed and approved by our staff.
- The faulty item has been returned to our warehouse
Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, so please be patient. If your refund has taken longer than this, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay.
